Hail Xenu

Who Is Xenu?

Well, according to the Xenu Wiki page and the founder of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard, Xenu was the dictator of "The Galactic Confederacy" 75 million years ago and is responsible for all the ills of this world, by taking the people from over populated planets, placing them at the bottom of volcanoes and blowing them up. Their "essences" remained, and are what cling to the people of Earth and cause us spiritual harm.

The story of Xenu is actually part of Scientology's secret "Advanced Technology" doctrines taught only to advanced members who have undergone many expensive and extensive hours of "auditing" and obtained a certain level of spiritual mind before being "invited" to advance to the level that even contains the Xenu part of Scientology. These events are known within Scientology as "Incident II", and the traumatic memories associated with them as The Wall of Fire. The story of Xenu is part of Scientologist teachings about extraterrestrial civilizations and alien interventions in Earthly events, collectively described as space opera by Hubbard. Hubbard detailed the story in Operating Thetan level III (OT III) in 1967.

Scientologists believe that seventy-five million years ago, Xenu ruled 76 planets including Earth, which at the time was known as Teegeeack. The planets were overpopulated and Xenu was about to be deposed from power, so he devised a plot to eliminate the excess population. This is where the volcanoes and blowing things up comes in. He rounded up the population and blew them up.

One way or the other he rounded everyone up, placed them at the foot of volcanoes and caused all the negative energy and pain in this part of the galaxy.

The Church has objected to the Xenu story being used to paint Scientology as a mere science fiction fantasy. For the record this web site does not aim to do that and exists solely for the purpose of learning about what all this stuff means.
